Fax: (803) 256-8062 Originally from Frankfort, Kentucky, Chad received a bachelor's degree from Wofford College and both his Juris Doctor and International Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Moore School of Business, respectively.
Prior to joining Willoughby & Hoefer, Chad served as law clerk to The Honorable Justice Kaye G. Hearn, both at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Chad also has German and French language capability.
Chad is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
