A Barnwell, South Carolina native, ElizabethAnn graduated summa cum laude with a degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.  She also earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina where she graduated as the First Honor Graduate.

Prior to joining Willoughby & Hoefer, ElizabethAnn served as an Assistant Attorney General for South Carolina.  She also worked for the law firms of Motley Rice and Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard.

ElizabethAnn is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of South Carolina.
